Dr. Elion Krok, MD

Elion Krok, MD is currently an attending physician at Saint Barnabas Medical Center with a private practice located in Livingston, NJ. Originally from South Africa, Dr. Krok completed his medical school training at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. After many years of successful private practice, he relocated to the United States.

He completed his United States training in Internal Medicine at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, NJ. Dr. Krok is the recipient of numerous academic awards including Best Teacher Award for two years running, Emergency Medicine Award, and the Albert Siegel Award for Gastroenterology Excellence.

With 28 years experience, Dr. Krok continually advocates for his patients, and believes in a holistic approach to medicine. Dr. Krok has specific training in medical weight management and understands the importance of balancing nutritional needs including the use of supplementation. His focus is not only on healing when a person is sick, but on prevention and wellness.
