Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. There is always a physician on call who is available to answer any urgent questions after business hours. Call our office 973-544-8901 and press #9 to reach the after hours physician. In case of an emergency, always call 9-1-1.

If you would prefer to schedule your appointment in person, you are welcome to come by our office during regular business hours to meet our staff and schedule a visit with Dr. Krok. Prescription Refill Policy

To refill a current medication, with no changes to dosage or pharmacy location, contact your pharmacy directly to put in a refill request. They will notify us by fax or by automated system (our preferred method). Please allow 48-72 hours for this transaction to occur.

If a dosage change is required, or if it is a medication that requires a written prescription, please call the office at 973-544-8901 and press 2 to be directed to the prescription refill inbox. Again, please allow 48-72 hours for this transaction to be completed.

Refill requests received after 12pm on Fridays, after business hours, or during weekend call coverage, will not be processed until the next clinic business day.
